School Agreement
The School and Agreement section defines the terms of partnership between the school and the service provider. It outlines roles, responsibilities, and mutual commitments to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
- 01If a child has to be withdrawn form school, parents are requested to give one calendar moth’s notice in writing. However, the fee for the quarter will be charged.
- 02Transfer certicate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- 03Security money is to be claimed within three months of the with drawl of the child from the school.
- 04Under no pretext should a student miss any teaching/games/activity period.
- 05Change of classroom between periods should be done in silence and in orderly manner.
- 06Parents and guardians must not enter the class rooms either to see their ward or to meet the teachers during school hours.
- 07Parents and guardians of all the students should contact the teachers on the PTM days to note the progress of their ward.
- 08A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter.
- 09It is mandatory for all children to take school tests. No retest is allowed you are requested not to send your ward for the weekly in case of any serious illness. The child will not be sent back after the test. He/she will have to attend full school.
- 10The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory, or whose conduct is harmful to other tudents.
- 11The student indulging in any misbehavior directly or online which could be derogatory for the institution or any person will be strictly punished.
- 12Ofce bearers will wear their- respective badges daily.
- 13Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without permission they will not be called to the reception to answer phone calls during school house.
- 14The school has the right to retain the work books activity books and any other material used by the students in the class.
- 15Low waitst skirts/ trousers are not permitted. Strict. Action will be taken against uniform defaulters.
- 16No test/ exam paper will conduct before the schedule date and time at any circumstances no retest will be conduct at all.
