Withdrawal
The Withdrawal section outlines the process and conditions for a student’s discontinuation from the school. It includes required notice periods, documentation, and any applicable fees or formalities.
- 01 If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one calendar month's notice in writing. However, the fee for the quarter will be charged.
- 02 Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- 03 Security money is to be claimed within three months of the withdrawal of the child from the school.
- 04 Under no pretext should a student miss any teaching/games/activity period.
- 05 Change of classroom between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
- 06 Parents and guardians must not enter the classrooms either to see their ward or to meet the teachers during school hours.
- 07 Parents and guardians should contact the teachers on PTM days to note the progress of their ward.
- 08 A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter.
- 09 It is mandatory for all children to take school tests. No retest is allowed. In case of serious illness, do not send the child only for the test; they must attend full school.
- 10 The school reserves the right to suspend or take disciplinary action against students whose conduct or progress is unsatisfactory.
- 11 Misbehavior directly or online that is derogatory to the institution or any individual will be strictly punished.
- 12 Office bearers must wear their respective badges daily.
- 13 Students may not use the school telephone without permission. They will not be called to the reception for calls during school hours.
- 14 The school may retain workbooks, activity books, and other classroom materials.
- 15 Low-waist skirts/trousers are not permitted. Strict action will be taken against uniform defaulters.
- 16 No test/exam will be conducted before the scheduled date under any circumstances. No retest will be allowed.
