Examination and Promotion
To ensure a fair and disciplined environment during examinations, all students are required to follow the guidelines strictly. These rules are designed to maintain the integrity of the examination process and promote honest academic conduct.
- 01There will be monthly test. Promotion to the next class is granted on the basis of the work which is done in the year.
- 02Merely scored in the final exam, the average of marks obtained should be 40%. These marks should be in all the subjects he has offered.
- 03The result declared at the end of the year is final and cannot be reconsidered. In all matters of promotion or failure principal's decision is final. Answer paper shall not be shown.
- 04Parents/Guardians are requested to examine the progress report of their wards and return it duly signed to class teacher with in three days. Kindly do not write any remarks on the progress report card.
- 05Those who lose or damage the progress report card shall pay a fine of Rs.100/-
- 06Signature found in the progress report card should be identical with the specimen signature found in the diary.
